Phenolic Resin Countertop
Phenolic Resin countertop is formed by laminating decorative color sheet dipped with melamine resin and multi-layer black kraft dipped with phenolic resin and pressing with steel plate under high temperature(150°C) and high pressure(1430psi). The thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 30mm by adjusting the number of pieces of kraft as needed.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION
① Chemical-resistant Film adopts EBC electron beam curing to achieve chemical resistance.
② The decorative paper is treated with melamine resin and the core is composed of kraft papers impregnated with phenolic resin.
③ These sheets are then bonded at pressure greater than 1430 pounds per square inch at temperatures approaching 300°F (150°C)
FEATURES
① Resistant to 149 kinds of chemical reagents including acids, alkalis, solvents, etc.
② Inhibit bacteria: Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli.
③Corrosion-resistant physical and chemical board can be bent and edged, eliminating the trouble that the joints are difficult to resist chemical corrosion.
④ The surface is scratch resistant.
⑤ Abrasion resistance, radiation resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, easy to clean.
